For the last 18 years the Guggleton’s founder, Isabel De Pelet, has run a Young Artist of the Year Exhibition.
This year’s show, which will run from the 4th to the 26th Of November year in the Milking Parlour Gallery, will be selected by a panel of judges working alongside our Artistic Director, Deanne Tremlett. Selection will be made, initially from online submissions, followed by a physical review, and open with a reception.
Submissions are invited from artists working in any medium who are under the age of 35 as of the start date of the show. Entry costs £20 and you may submit up to 6 images for this price.
This year there are FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD prizes up for the winning, Firstly the YaY! Guggleton Farm Arts prize of a month long solo show in the Milking Parlour Gallery, with critical and curatorial input and publicity, plus a £100 towards costs Secondly a £100 cash prize and, thirdly, a gift of artist materials.
