On Thursday we will be setting out systems to stick to government guidelines and keep everyone COVID-SAFE.
We would very much like, therefore, if you could please follow this simple plan:
Please do not arrive on site any earlier than you feel necessary to set up your stall, bearing in mind that we will be starting at 4pm.
On arrival you will be allocated a table number. A one way system will be in place, not just for the evening but also to safeguard your set up.
Please observe this and, once you have located your table, continue to use the system to unload your goods. There will be no point, from arrival until take down, when this system will not be in place.
If you are arriving by car; there is limited parking on site which may well be occupied by staff and/or disabled customers, however, an area will be available to park in to drop off your stall supplies, we would then ask that you remove your car to the Hub car park opposite. A member of staff will be available to safeguard your items whilst you do so.
During the evening the public will be ‘shepherded’ past your stall via a marked pathway, if you are busy but they wish to view your stall more closely or make a purchase, then they will be asked to ‘go round again’ on the circular path. in this way we believe that, within the two hour time slots allotted to each ‘sitting’ all stalls should be available to be viewed by all customers. Staff members will be on hand to assist this system. Music, the galleries and food stalls will keep customers happy to be moving.
The Gugg wifi will be available for your transactions, however, we also ask that you have the facility to take cash and that you provide adequate hand sanitising on your stall for the handling of both it and any items.
At the end of the evening you will have the opportunity to return to site in your car to take down. However please continue to observe the one way system until off site.
All stalls will be located undercover and with adequate lighting, however, if you wish to bring your own gazebo, themed lighting or extra furniture then you are welcome to do so as long as it still allows you to comply with our COVID-SAFE measures.
We would very much like it if, whilst moving around the site and at your stall, you wore a face mask.
